Artist Interpretation: "Working the Rope",
was a fun experiment in creating a 3
dimensional illusion. Playing with the effects
of watercolor, I was trying to create an
embossed appearance by manipulating the
watercolor washes and building up the layers.
The end result was to achieve the look of a frieze.
